Mr. De Melt is an engineering graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines. Mr. De Melt also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics and a Diploma of Mechanical Studies from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has held management positions with 12 mining companies internationally, and was instrumental in starting and building six mines, including Gulf Oil’s Rabbit Lake mine (uranium), Syncrude mine (oil sands), Denison Mines’ Quintette (coal), Homestake’s Golden Bear mine (gold), BHP’s Ekati mine (diamonds) and Goldust’s Croiner mine (gold). Mr. De Melt is well known within the mining industry and brings nearly 30 years of project management and mine development experience to the Company. Mr. De Melt is a director of several public and private mining companies, including Acero-Martin, Grenville Gold Corporation, Canadian Shield Resources Inc., SYMC Resources Ltd. and International PBX Ventures Inc., all listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. De Melt is also a Director of Journey Resources Corp. which trades on the TSX.V under the symbol JNY.

Elmer Moises Rosales Castillo, a mining entrepreneur, maintains numerous contacts within the Peruvian mining industry. He is the owner and controls stock in several attractive projects. He is the General Manager of MRC1 Exploraciones EIRL, SMRL, Norteamérica XXI and several other companies. He has completed successful negotiations with major Peruvian and international companies, including Newmont Peru S.R.L. (Parinacochas Project), Cía. Minera Poderosa SA (regarding the Pataz Batholith), Minera Barrick Misquichilca SA (Alto Chicama Project), Nilam Resources (Llipa Project), Compañía Minera Azure del Peru SA (Azulcocha Project) and Compañía Minera Bencasi (Santa Project), among others. Recently, he put his private company Pativilca Mine into production.
He owns more than 120,000 hectares of mining rights in Peru, in which there are metallic, non-metallic and uranium mining concessions. Among the metallic projects, there are porphyry Au-Cu deposits, highly sulphurated gold-bearing deposits and stratiform polymetallic deposits.
He controls a company that produces non-metallic products, as well as a gold mining operation. He is a specialist in setting up agitation and heap leaching plants and has an industrial scale pilot plant for this purpose.
